Concierge Onboarding — Terms

1. What you get

The Messo Concierge Onboarding is a one-time paid service: a 30-minute guided setup call with a Messo specialist, plus 14 days of priority Slack/email support. We will:

€499 one-time, billed via Stripe at booking. EU VAT added per Stripe Tax. The fee is in addition to your Messo subscription.

3. Free vs paid concierge

The first 20 paid Messo customers receive concierge onboarding free. After we hit 20 paid customers, the concierge onboarding becomes a paid add-on at €499. Existing customers who joined before the cap are unaffected.

4. Refunds

If we cannot get your number paired and a working AI live within 14 days of the kickoff call, we refund the concierge fee in full. The refund covers the concierge service only, not your Messo subscription.

5. Scheduling and rescheduling

Book your kickoff call via the Cal.com link in your welcome email. You may reschedule once at no charge with 24 hours' notice. No-shows forfeit the call but can rebook at €99.

Dutch law. Disputes submitted to the courts of Amsterdam. Otherwise, the main Messo Terms of Service apply.
