What if I exceed my replies?
We email at 80% and 100%. Above the cap, €0.04 per extra reply, or upgrade.
Refunds?
Monthly is non-refundable. Annual is prorated for the unused months.
Do prices include VAT?
Excluding VAT. Stripe Tax adds the right rate at checkout based on country and VAT ID.
